On 16 September 1998, NewTel Communications Inc. filed an application under Tariff Notice 563C, for approval of the revised Attachment 2 to the License Agreement associated with its General Tariff Item 45, Sale of Directory Files. |

Tariff Notice 563C dealing with the revised Licensing Agreement for Directory File Service is approved on a final basis. |
