On 10 February 1999, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of Special Facilities Tariff Item B-4540(a), providing central office located software to divide a customer's voice traffic between two PBXs in two different Montréal wire centres in order to prevent the total loss of traffic in either location in the event of a PBX failure. |

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 12 March 1999 are approved. |
