On 10 February 1999, NBTel Inc. filed an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 788, amended by TN 788A dated 26 February 1999, for approval of tariff revisions to Special Services Tariff Item 5066, TalkMail Service, proposing to introduce a new service, Education TalkMail, under Item 5066.1 B(3), offering the same functionality as Residential and Business TalkMail. |

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that: |

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 8 March 1999 are approved on an interim basis. |
