On 18 December 1998, Québec-Téléphone filed an application for approval of an Agreement specifying the Procedures of the Interexchange Carrier Group and a Non-Disclosure Agreement between Québec-Téléphone and AT&T Canada Long Distance Services Company. |

1.The proposed Agreements were approved on an interim basis on 26 January 1999 under Telecom Order CRTC 99-66. |

2.The Commission received no comments with respect to this application. |

The Agreements are approved on a final basis. |
