Telecom Order CRTC 99-20

 

On 16 December 1998, Télébec ltée filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 8.11.4, "Service Boréal", to introduce two service options. Firstly, the customer opting for a speed of 128 kbps will be able to choose between two transmission technologies, the existing ISDN (2B1Q) technology or a new DDS technology. Secondly, a new option of the Boreal Service will enable a customer to aggregate on one circuit (DS-1 divided or DS-1) a minimum of 4 DS-0 when terminated in one of its sites.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 15 January 1999 are approved.
