On 3 February 1999, MTS Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of the Supplementary Tariff Special Assemblies Item 18570, OC-48 Service, which provides a customer with a cable facility entrance and an OC-48 optical fibre cable path between the customer's premises and the Main/Whitehall Central Office. |

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 5 March 1999 are approved. |
