On 5 February 1999, Bell Canada filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of Bell Canada, BC TEL, Island Telecom Inc., Maritime Tel & Tel Limited, MTS Communications Inc., NBTel Inc., NewTel Communications Inc. and TELUS Communications Inc., an application for approval of tariff revisions to National Services Tariff Items 701 and 702, modifying the rates, terms and conditions for two large capacity networks. |
