On 25 January 1999, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to Special Facilities Tariff Item D-14(a), 112 or 128 kbps Channel, which reflect that the service is no longer available for new installations or additions to existing installations. |

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that: |

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order. |
