On 15 December 1998, Northwestel Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 806, Direct-In-Dial Service, reducing the minimum purchase amount from 50 to 25 numbers and simplifying the tariff so that all service installation charges will be $60.00 as opposed to variable $100.00 and $60.00 charges that currently apply. |

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that: |

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 15 January 1999 are approved. |
