On 25 January 1999, Bell Canada (Bell) filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Items 70.2, Business Line Winback Promotion, and 675.1, Voice Local Winback Promotion, providing customers with an incentive to change from an Alternate Provider of Local Services to Bell for the provision of their Business and/or Centrex voice locals, by waiving the service charges for the installation of these services and in the case of Centrex voice locals, the waiver will apply to both monthly rated locals and those provided under a 1-year minimum contract period. |

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that: |

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 25 February 1999 are approved on an interim basis. |
