On 19 January 1999, NewTel Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 325, Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL) Access Service, introducing a short-term promotional campaign to waive the service charge of $100.00 for new subscriptions to this service during the period 22 February to 30 April 1999. |
