On 30 November 1999, TELUS Communications (B.C.) Inc. filed an application for approval of revisions to General Tariff Item 115, Public Coin Telephone Service, introducing from 1 January to 31 December 2000 the Payphone Card Promotion which provides residential and business customers with an opportunity to use the payphone card at no charge. |
