On 25 November 1999, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of Special Facilities Tariff Item F-526(h), Intermediate Frequency Channels for Television Transmission, providing for the installation, supply and service of a single Quadrature Amplitude Modulated channel from a transmission tower site located in Fort Erie, Ontario to the customer's communications headend located in Milton, Ontario. |
