On 25 October 1999, Telesat Canada (Telesat) filed an application for approval of revisions to Special Assembly Tariff CRTC 8341, substituting tariff pages which incorporate changes to the Special Assembly Earth Station Service and the rates and operating term therefor. |

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that: |

The application is approved. Pursuant to subsection 25(4) of the Telecommunications Act, the rates charged by Telesat are ratified from 1 September 1999 to the date of this order. |
