|
On 10 March 1998, La Compagnie de Téléphone Upton Inc. filed an application for approval of depreciation life characteristics. |
|
|

1.The Commission has reviewed the depreciation life characteristics contained in the attached Table. |
|
|
2.The Commission finds these depreciation life characteristics to be reasonable. |
|
|
3.The Commission intends to initiate a public process to develop and put into place a more simplified process for depreciation filings by indepedent telephone companies. |
|
|
4.In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that: |
|
|
The accounts listed in the attached Table be depreciated using the depreciation life characteristics contained therein. |
