On 28 October 1999, NBTel Inc. filed an application for approval of revisions to Special Services Tariff Item 5065, introducing a Message-Net Service Promotion for customers having over 10,000 Integrated or Non-Integrated Voice Mailboxes with no allowance for minutes of mailbox access, from 28 November 1999 to 28 May 2000. |
