On 22 October 1999, Island Telecom Inc., Maritime Tel & Tel Limited, NBTel Inc. and NewTel Communications Inc., each filed an application to revise the resale and sharing provisions of their tariffs to reflect the Commission's determinations in Telecom Order CRTC 99-972 dated 8 October 1999, regarding an affiliate rule for the companies' primary local exchange services within their service territories, and the elimination of an affiliate rule for interexchange voice services. |
