On 22 October 1999, Bell Canada, MTS Communications Inc., TELUS Communications (B.C.) Inc. [formerly known as BC TEL] and TELUS Communications Inc., each filed an application to revise the resale and sharing provisions of their tariffs to reflect the Commission's determinations in Telecom Order CRTC 99-972 dated 8 October 1999, regarding an affiliate rule for the companies' primary local exchange services within their service territories, and the elimination of an affiliate rule for interexchange voice services. |
