On 18 October 1999, TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), filed an application for approval to introduce General Tariff Item 675, Residence Service Package, providing individual line Residence Exchange Service customers who have TCI as their Local Exchange Carrier with the opportunity to subscribe to any combination of three Calling Features. |
