Telecom Order CRTC 99-1052

 

On 31 August 1999, NBTel Inc. filed an ex parte application for approval of revisions to General Tariff Item 47.1, Residential Single Line Access Service - Packages, offering new options for the Basic Canada Toll/Internet Package (Usage Based) and the Basic Canada Toll/Internet Package (Flat Rated) which includes 30 hours of Internet usage per month and unlimited usage in the first month for new Internet customers.

1.The application was approved on an interim basis on 29 September 1999 under Telecom Order CRTC 99-936.

 

2.The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.

 

3.In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

The application is approved on a final basis.
