On 28 April 1999, NBTel Inc. filed an ex parte application for approval of General Tariff Item 48, introducing the Second Line Package which includes local service, and one or more calling features, or a combination of a calling feature(s) and/or Call Answer for all residential customers who already subscribe to Residence Single Line Access service. | |
