On 30 September 1999, Cochrane Public Utilities Commission filed an application for approval of revisions to the General Tariff, to offer a Christmas Promotion waiving the multi-element service charges and monthly charges for January, February and March 2000 for Call Management Services, Custom Calling Features and Voice Mail Services to new customers. |
