Telecom Order CRTC 99-1040

 

On 1 October 1999, TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI) filed an application for approval of revisions to General Tariff Item 510, to: (a) extend the TCI Megalink Service Promotion to 30 April 2000; (b) amend the promotion eligibility criteria to include current Megalink Service customers who increase their net Megalink Service requirements and customers who migrate from other TCI services; and (c) delete the Condition of Service which stipulates a maximum one-time service charge waiver of $3,000 per customer.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

The application is approved on an interim basis effective 1 November 1999.
