On 27 September 1999, Québec-Téléphone filed an application for approval of revisions to General Tariff Item 2.20, providing for the introduction of a promotional campaign with respect to « Services Étoiles » (Smart Touch Services), from 8 November 1999 to 1 January 2000, whereby new residential single line customers who subscribe to Call Answer will, with the purchase of four months prepaid, benefit from this offer for $9.95. |
