Decision CRTC 99-63
Télé Inter-Rives ltée
Rivière-du-Loup, Quebec - 199703145
Addition of a low-power transmitter for the distribution of the programming of CIMT-TV
1. The Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for the television programming undertaking CIMT-TV Rivère-du-Loup (the originating station), by authorizing the licensee to add a low-power transmitter at Rivière-du-Loup, operating on channel 6 with a transmitter power of 47 watts.
2. The licensee states that the addition of this transmitter should compensate for the weak signal of the flagship station CIMT-TV at several locations in the lower town of Rivière-du-Loup.
