Revocation | |
1. The licensees noted above have requested the revocation of their licences for the radiocommunication distribution undertakings serving Chute Saint-Philippe. They advised the Commission that they ceased operations on 1 July 1999. | |
2. In view of the licensees’ request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(e) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission hereby revokes the licences issued to Germain Blanchet, doing business under the name and style of "Service-Air Télévision enr." and L'Association des Citoyens de Chute St-Philippe inc. for the above-mentioned undertakings. | |
