  Five-month renewal
  1. The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the radiocommuniation distribution undertaking CBH-FM-1 Middleton, from 1 April 2000 to 31 August 2000, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licence.
  2. This will bring the licence expiry date of the above undertaking into agreement with the expiry date of other CBC undertakings whose licences were renewed, for administrative reasons, in Decision CRTC 99-27 dated 27 January 1999.
  3. The decision released today does not dispose of any substantive issues that may exist with respect to the renewal of this licence. Interested parties will have an opportunity to comment when the licence renewal application is considered by the Commission.
