Intra-corporate reorganization
|
1. The Commission approves the application by Okanagan Skeena Group Limited (OKS) to effect an intra-corporate reorganization. OKS will transfer the assets of its television and radio programming undertakings in British Columbia and Alberta to 3537412 Canada Ltd., one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries.

2. Upon surrender of the current licences, the Commission will issue licences to 3537412 Canada Ltd., expiring 31 August of each year indicated in Appendix I to this decision (the current expiry dates).
|
3. The licences of the radio programming undertakings will be subject to the conditions specified in the licences to be issued. The licences of the television programming undertakings will be subject to the conditions specified in Appendix II to this decision and in the licences to be issued.
|
4. The Commission notes that this transaction represents an intra-corporate reorganization that does not alter the control or management of the licensee.

Conditions of licence for CJDC-TV Dawson Creek and its transmitters and CFTK-TV Terrace and its transmitter
|
1. The licensee shall operate the undertaking as an affiliate of the English-language television network operated by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.
|
2. The licensee shall adhere to the guidelines on gender portrayal set out in the Canadian Association of Broadcasters' (CAB) Sex-Role Portrayal Code for Television and Radio Programming, as amended from time to time and approved by the Commission. The application of the foregoing condition of licence will be suspended as long as the licensee remains a member in good standing of the Canadian Broadcast Standards Council.

3. The licensee shall adhere to the guidelines on the depiction of violence in television programming set out in the CAB's Voluntary Code Regarding Violence in Television Programming, as amended from time to time and approved by the Commission. The application of the foregoing condition of licence will be suspended as long as the licensee remains a member in good standing of the Canadian Broadcast Standards Council.

4. The licensee shall adhere to the provisions of the CAB's Broadcast Code for Advertising to Children, as amended from time to time and approved by the Commission.
