Addition and deletion of U.S. services

1. The Commission approves, by condition of licence, the application to amend the licence for the (MDS) radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving the above-noted communities, by deleting the distribution of the programming services WTOL-TV (CBS) Toledo, Ohio and WDIV (NBC) Detroit, Michigan, and by adding WCCO-TV (CBS) and KARE-TV (NBC) Minneapolis, Minnesota on the basic service. The Commission notes that the licensee will receive these signals via satellite.

2. The licensee may receive any authorized signals over the air, or from any licensed or exempted Canadian broadcasting distribution undertaking authorized to provide signals to other broadcasting distribution undertakings.
