Increase in power for CICY-FM
|
|
1. The Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for CINC-FM Thompson, by increasing the effective radiated power of the transmitter CICY-FM Selkirk, from 44,000 watts to 100,000 watts.

|
2. The Commission hereby authorizes the licensee to operate the undertaking on the basis of the contours and particulars resulting from the above-mentioned changes.
|
|
3. The Commission acknowledges the interventions received with respect to this application and is satisfied with the licensee's reply to the concerns raised.
