| Three-month renewal | |
| 1. The Commission renews the network broadcasting licence held by Saskatchewan Communications Network Corporation for distribution of educational programming via satellite, from 1 September 1999 to 30 November 1999, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licence. | |
| 2. The Commission announced the application for the renewal of this licence in Public Notice CRTC 1999-85 dated 18 May 1999. However, it will not be able to rule on this application before the current licence expires. | |
| 3. This administrative renewal does not dispose of the renewal application, nor of any substantive issues that may exist with respect to the renewal of this licence. The Commission will issue a decision on the licence renewal application at a later date. | |
