Three-month renewal | |
1. The Commission renews the broadcasting licences for the cable distribution undertakings noted above from 1 September 1999 to 30 November 1999, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licences. | |
2. The Commission announced the applications for the renewal of these licences in Public Notice CRTC 1999-116 dated 16 July 1999. However, it will not be able to rule on those applications before the current licences expire. | |
3. This administrative renewal does not dispose of the renewal applications, nor of any substantive issues that may exist with respect to the renewal of these licences. The Commission will issue decisions on the licence renewal applications at a later date. | |
