Revocation
|
1. Fundy Cable Ltd./ltée has requested the revocation of its licence for the cable distribution undertaking serving Colpitts Settlement and Nixon.
|
2. In view of the licensee's request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(e) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission hereby revokes the licence issued to Fundy Cable Ltd./ltée for the above-mentioned undertaking.
