One-year renewal

1. The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the cable distribution undertaking noted above from 1 September 1999 to 31 August 2000, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licence.

2. The licensee has not yet submitted a licence renewal application. The Commission may not renew the licence further if it does not receive a renewal application by 15 August 2000.

3. This administrative renewal does not dispose of any substantive issues that may exist with respect to the renewal of this licence. If the licensee files a licence renewal application, the Commission will announce it and interested parties will then have an opportunity to comment.
