Acquisition of assets
1.  The Commission approves the application for authority to acquire the assets of the English-language radio network at Calgary, for the purpose of broadcasting the hockey games of the Calgary Flames for the 1999-2000 season, from Rawlco Communications Ltd., and for a broadcasting licence to continue the operation of this undertaking.
2.  The Commission will issue a radio network licence to Rawlco (Alberta) Ltd. expiring at the end of the 1999-2000 hockey season, subject to the conditions specified in the licence to be issued.
3.  Any affiliate of the CBC carrying broadcasts of the games must ensure that its network affiliation agreement is respected, and that any rescheduling of CBC programs affected by the broadcasts in question is acceptable to the CBC.
