Village of Slocan
Slocan, British Columbia

Revocation

1. The Village of Slocan has requested the revocation of its licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Slocan.

2. The Commission notes that the residents of Slocan will continue to be served by the undertaking licensed to the Slocan Valley T.V. Society in Decision CRTC 98-221 dated 10 July 1998.

3. In view of the licensee's request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(e) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission hereby revokes the licence issued to the Village of Slocan for the above-mentioned undertaking.
