Addition of The Discovery Channel

The Commission approves the application to amend the licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Quill Lake, by adding a transmitter for the distribution, in non-encrypted mode, of The Discovery Channel. This transmitter will operate on channel 27, with a transmitter power of 20 watts.
