Six-month renewals |
|
1. The Commission renews the broadcasting licences for the radio and television programming undertakings listed in the appendix to this decision, from 1 September 1999 to 29 February 2000, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licences. |
|
2. The Commission announced the applications for the renewal of these licences in Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 1999-5-1 dated 30 April 1999. However, it will not be able to rule on these applications before the current licences expire. |
|
3. These administrative renewals do not dispose of the renewal applications, nor of any substantive issues that may exist with respect to the renewal of these licences. The Commission will issue a decision on the licence renewal applications at a later date. |
