New radio network to broadcast Canadian Football League games |
1. The Commission approves the application for an English-language radio network licence for the purpose of broadcasting all pre-season, regular and playoff games of the Edmonton Eskimos until the end of the 2002 season of the Canadian Football League. |
2. The Commission will issue a network licence expiring 30 November 2002, subject to the conditions specified in the licence to be issued. |
3. Any affiliate of the CBC carrying broadcasts of the games must ensure that its network affiliation agreement is respected, and that any rescheduling of CBC programs affected by the broadcasts in question is acceptable to the CBC. |
