Acquisition of assets
1. The Commission approves the application for authority to acquire the assets of the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Apex Mountain from Regional Cable TV (Western) Inc., and for a broadcasting licence to continue the operation of this undertaking.
2. The Commission will issue a licence to The Tulcoal Unity Club, expiring 31 August 2000, the current expiry date, upon surrender of the current licence. The licence will be subject to the conditions specified in the licence to be issued.
3. The Commission notes that this undertaking distributes, in non-encrypted mode, the programs of CHKL-TV (CTV) Kelowna, on channel 11, with a transmitter power of 1 watt.
