Telecom Order CRTC 98-179
On 9 January 1998, Manitoba Telecom Services Inc., on behalf of MTS NetCom Inc., filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to the Supplementary Tariff Access Services for Interconnection with Interexchange Carriers, permitting Alternate Providers of Long Distance Services to lease unbundled local loops for the purpose of providing Dedicated Access Lines to their subscribers.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
