Transfer of control

  The Commission announces that it has approved, by Letters of Authority A98-0082, A98-0083, A98-0084 and A98-0085 dated 7 July 1998, the transfer of control of the above-noted companies to wholly-owned subsidiaries of CF Cable TV Inc., itself a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vidéotron ltée. Vidéotron ltée is ultimately controlled by Mr. André Chagnon.
