COLD LAKE) AND COLD LAKE, Alberta Applications (199804927, 199804935) by NORTHERN CABLEVISION LTD., Suite 200, 4245 - 97 Street, Edmonton, Alberta, T6E 5Y7, to amend the broadcasting licences of the cable distribution undertakings serving the above-mentioned localities, as follows: |

- by adding a condition of licence authorizing the
distribution, at its option, of KSPS-TV (PBS) and KHQ-TV (NBC) Spokane,
Washington, received via satellite, as part of the basic service. If approved, the licensee would cease the distribution of the PBS and NBC services received via satellite from CANCOM. |

distribution, at its option, of KHQ-TV (NBC) Spokane, Washington, received via
satellite, as part of the basic service. If approved, the licensee would cease the distribution of the NBC service received via satellite from CANCOM. |
