Comments |

The Commission has received the following
application: |
|
1. ACROSS CANADA |
|
Application (199716776) by CTV SPORTS NET INC.,
an authorized (but yet-to-be-launched) national English-language specialty
television programming undertaking, in which CTV Sports Net is requesting
Commission approval of the transfer of a 20% voting interest in the service
from The Molson Companies Limited (Molson's) to Rogers Broadcasting Limited
(Rogers). |

CTV Sports Net's currently authorized ownership
structure is CTV Television Network Ltd. 40%, Molson's 20%, Rogers 20% and
LMC International, Inc., a non-Canadian shareholder, 20%. Upon completion of
the proposed transaction, Rogers' voting interest in the service would
increase from 20% to 40%. |

hearing it would be helpful to the Commission if you provide reasons why your
