The Commission has received the following

amend the broadcasting licence of the (cable) distribution undertaking
serving Prince Albert, by being relieved by condition of licence, from the
requirement of subsection 7(a) of the Broadcasting Distribution
Regulations, 1997, which states in part that: |

programming service in the course of its distribution except..." |

The licensee proposes to delete the signal of
CITV-TV Edmonton and substitute the signal of the Saskatchewan Communications
Network (SCN), during the Children's Miracle Network Telethon to be aired
from 7:00 p.m. on 30 May 1998 to 5:00 p.m. on 31 May 1998. |
