Transfer of control and shares
The Commission announces that it has approved, by Letter of Authority A98-0107 dated 30 September 1998, a change to the effective control of Cable Labrador Limited, licensee of the cable distribution undertakings serving the above-mentioned communities, through the transfer of all of the issued and outstanding shares held by George Saunders and David Hunt to Regional Cablesystems Inc., a widely held Canadian company. In making this determination, the Commission has considered representations in letters dated 7 May, 13 and 14 August and 30 September 1998, on behalf of Mr. Bart Jack.
