Telecom Order CRTC 98-955
On 26 August 1998, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of Special Facilities Tariff Items F-526(b), (c) and (d) each providing for 15 uni-directional and one hot standby Intermediate Frequency channel carrying Microwave Multipoint Distribution System type signals in order to transport up to 90 Quadrature Amplitude Modulated Motion Picture Experts Group type video signals from a customer location to tower sites.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
