Telecom Order CRTC 98-951
On 11 September 1998, Maritime Tel & Tel Limited filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Items 780, 790, 975 and 980, introducing Enhanced Call Centre Reporting, an add-on feature to the Basic Call Centre Service providing a Hosted Managed Call Centre environment allowing business clients to view their Call Centre activity.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 29 September 1998 are approved on an interim basis.
