Telecom Order CRTC 98-912
On 17 August 1998, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of all federally regulated Stentor operating companies, with the exception of TELUS Communications Inc., an application for approval of tariff revisions to National Services Tariff Item 301, Digital Network Access, to remove restrictions on the types of DS-1 accesses that can be combined in a DS-3 access.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 16 September 1998 are approved.
