Telecom Order CRTC 98-840
On 17 April 1998, The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited (now NBTel Inc.) filed an ex parte application for approval of tariff revisions pertaining to the company's Cellular Telephone Service.

1.The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 29 April 1998 under Telecom Order CRTC 98-412.
2.The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.
3.In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
